Spotify's software has never felt bad, but certain things about the Apple Music experience are notably better. Someone makes a product or offers a service which I want and I pay them for it. Coming to Apple Music from Spotify, something that's stuck out the most is the added polish/features of the app. Profit is how our portion of the world functions.
